The Fleet Operators manage the daily operations of the vessel. They are the primary communication link to the captain and the rest of the vessel’s crew. The Ship Operator assists with the planning of operations, liaises with regulatory authorities, maintains customer relations, and responds to issues that may arise during the vessel’s operations. Fleet operators identify bottlenecks to propose improvements to the company’s workflows and support their implementation.
