At JD Steel Construction GmbH, we offer specialized steel and hydraulic steel engineering services both on land and on water. With over 30 years of expertise in maritime steel construction, we successfully deliver complex projects ranging from maintenance and emergency repairs to special and structural construction, as well as NDT
That’s why we are currently looking for motivated new team members at our Wilhelmshaven location, which currently employs around 26 people. Together, we aim to further drive our growth in steel construction, particularly in maritime applications. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Jade-Dienst GmbH, also based in Wilhelmshaven, we are supported by around 115 employees within the group. We combine many years of experience with technical expertise to support our customers in a project-oriented and efficient manner.

Your Responsibilities
• Supervision and inspection of welding work
• Creation and implementation of welding procedure specifications (WPS)
• Technical guidance and training of welding personnel
• Working based on technical documents and work orders
What You Should Bring
• Completed vocational training in metalworking
• Further qualification as a Welding Specialist (m/f/d) in accordance with DVS-IIW 1170 or DVS 1185
• At least 2 years of professional experience in welding supervision or as a welding professional
• Driver’s license, minimum Class B
• A communicative, team-oriented personality
