About us

At JD Steel Construction GmbH, we offer specialized steel and hydraulic steel engineering services both on land and on water. With over 30 years of expertise in maritime steel construction, we successfully deliver complex projects ranging from maintenance and emergency repairs to special and structural construction, as well as NDT inspections, corrosion protection, and industrial diving. Our modern equipment enables us to work with maximum flexibility, even under challenging conditions.

That’s why we are currently looking for motivated new team members at our Wilhelmshaven location, which currently employs around 26 people. Together, we aim to further drive our growth in steel construction, particularly in maritime applications. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Jade-Dienst GmbH, also based in Wilhelmshaven, we are supported by around 115 employees within the group. We combine many years of experience with technical expertise to support our customers in a project-oriented and efficient manner.

What You’ll Learn With Us

• Working based on technical documents and work orders

What You Should Bring

• At least a good lower secondary school diploma (qualifizierter Hauptschulabschluss)
• Good grades in math, technical subjects, as well as German and English
• A means of transportation to work (our location on Schleuseninsel in Wilhelmshaven is not easily reachable by bus)
• An open and communicative nature
• A sense of responsibility and reliability
